Empowering Change Through Giving
Big ideas, real impact.
100 Women Who Care Habersham is based on a global movement 100 Women Who Care where women form local chapters, then meet periodically to collectively donate $100 each to one chosen local charity, creating large impact donations in under an hour by hearing pitches from nominated non-profit (501c.3) organizations. Founded by Karen Dunigan in 2006, it is a simple, powerful model that allows members to support local charities immediately and impactfully.
Together we can change lives
100 Women Who Care Habersham is centered around empowering women to get involved in their community. From participating in philanthropy to learning about local nonprofits, this group unites women to use the power of collective giving and make an impact in our local area.
100 Women Who Care Habersham’s mission is simple yet powerful: to make a significant impact on our local community by supporting mostly underfunded, grassroots nonprofits—organizations doing meaningful work but often overlooked. We raise money in a way that is easy, efficient, and free of overhead or administrative costs, ensuring every dollar goes where it’s needed most.
The Power of Collective Giving
When 100 women come together, each donating $100, in just one hour we raise $10,000 for a local nonprofit that needs it most.
Together, we are proving that small acts, when multiplied by many, create extraordinary change.
